What types of properties do you photograph?

We specialise in real estate, Airbnb/short-term rentals, new builds, renovations, and architectural projects of all sizes—serving Sydney and select regions beyond.

How do I book a photo session?

You can book via our website’s contact form, by phone, or email. Please provide your property address, the type of photography required, preferred timing, and any special requests.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, but can often accommodate urgent requests for new listings or tight project timelines.

Do I need to be present during the session?

It’s optional. We can photograph with you present or independently (just provide access details), and always confirm your requirements beforehand.

How should I prepare my property for the shoot?

We recommend tidying and decluttering, styling beds and surfaces, opening curtains, and switching on all lights. We’ll provide a detailed prep guide upon booking.

Photography Process & Deliverables

What’s included in a standard package?

Each session includes interior and exterior images (including courtyard/garden), wide and detail shots, dusk photography (by request), plus editing, web- and print-ready files.

How many photos will I receive?

Standard packages typically include 8–15 high-resolution, professionally edited images—tailored to fully showcase your property or project.

How soon will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive a private gallery link within 24–48 hours after the shoot, ready for instant download and sharing.

Are the images suitable for web and print?

Yes! Photos are delivered in both web-optimised and print-resolution formats, ready for listings, social media, brochures, and professional portfolios.

What are your rates?

Our rates depend on the property size, location, add-ons (twilight, drone, floorplan, virtual tour), and the level of finish/detail required. See our Pricing page or contact us for a personalised quote.

Do you offer discounts for multiple or ongoing projects?

Yes—special pricing applies for repeat clients, property managers, and multi-property bookings. Ask about our package deals!

Additional Services

Can you provide drone or video services?

Absolutely. We offer aerial drone photography, floorplans, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours as optional add-ons.

Can you photograph at dusk or twilight?

Yes. Dusk shoots are available for a small additional fee—ideal for creating atmosphere and highlighting outdoor lighting.

Usage & Licensing

Can I use the photos on Airbnb, Realestate.com.au, or my website?

Yes! Our photos come with a broad usage license for all your property marketing and promotional needs.

Geography & Coverage

Which areas do you service?

We’re based in Sydney and also cover the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, and selected NSW regions such as Kangaroo Valley, Central Coast and Wollongong and the Illawarra region. If you’re outside these areas, just ask—travel can often be arranged. We also have contractors in Melbourne, Brisbane and the Goal Coast.
