For the best results, ensure the property is clean, decluttered, and well-lit. Open blinds and curtains to let in natural light, and consider light staging to create a welcoming atmosphere. Access to all rooms is important for a smooth session.
How long does a typical shoot take?
A standard property shoot usually takes 1 hour, depending on the size and features of the home. Larger or more complex properties may require additional time.
